I'm Teaching A Workshop!
If you are a dancer of any kind, mover, writer, visual/performance/spoken word artist, actor, a mother, father, son, daughter, yogi, athlete, aerialist, stilt walker, mime etc....then you might just enjoy this class.
The workshop will consist of movement, text, creating atmosphere, improvising, taking risks vocally/aesthetically/physically, breaking down the barriers between dance and theatre and, above all, communicating ideas and feelings clearly.
Class will run for 2 hours (120min) and all levels are welcomed; beginner, intermediate, and/or advanced.
No skill set and/or experience is needed. Please come dressed ready to move.
There is limited space for this class, so early registration is encouraged.
